Important notice about room availability
Rooms at The Woodlands Resort are extremely limited on the night of April 22 and may sell out quickly. Availability is better for April 23-24, but we recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your stay.
We are securing overflow hotel accommodations with provided transportation to and from the venue. If your desired dates at The Woodlands Resort are unavailable, please contact Morgan Day at [email protected] for assistance.
Although our discounted INFOCUS room block is available through March 29, we strongly encourage booking by March 14 for the best availability.
