GenTrader | Battery Storage Optimization & Management (Advanced class) | Aug. 26

We will provide a brief overview of Certificate Management that will explain to clients how to submit Digital certificates via the cert portal. The training will also cover the steps /details required to enter a Support ticket (to report an issue, request an enhancement, request the creation, disabling, or modification of an account, etc.). We will also discuss SLAs for clients who are in Maintenance mode.
