This training provides an introduction to PCI Issuetracker and Knowledge Base. We will provide a brief overview of Certificate Management that will explain clients on how to submit Digital certificates via the cert portal. The training will also cover the steps /details required to enter a Support ticket (to report an issue, request an enhancement, request to create/disable/modify account etc). We will also discuss SLAs for clients who are in Maintenance mode.
