Justin Shearer: Justin is Vice President of Customer Experience at PCI Energy Solutions, where he helps utilities and energy companies optimize their operations through tailored ETRM and bid-to-bill solutions. With a background in real-time operations and settlements, Justin brings hands-on expertise to the complexities of energy trading. He partners with PCI clients to implement scalable, end-to-end systems that support evolving market requirements and long-term success.
Zenab Rangwala: Zenab is PCI’s Sr. Director of Product Management for RTO Markets and has been a driving force behind PCI’s M+ strategy since its earliest stages. Having led M+ customer forums, focus groups, and product roadmap discussions with Wave 1 customers, Zenab brings an unmatched understanding of where the market is headed and how PCI’s solutions are evolving to meet it. She will be joining the session to share product insights and facilitate the customer roundtable discussion.
