Kyle Tran, Project Manager, LADWP: Kyle works as an operating agent for the Intermountain Power Agency (IPA). Kyle led the modernization of IPA’s fuel ETRM and turned operational data into actionable insights.
Bryan Kelly, PCI’s Sr. VP of Enterprise Products & Optimization, guides the product strategy for PCI’s product portfolio. He oversees the PCI Platform roadmap by directing Solution and Delivery teams and collaborating with customers and industry partners. Bryan has over 15 years of PCI experience designing, developing, and implementing software systems for energy utilities. Before joining PCI, Bryan worked as a global product manager responsible for marketing and product development of generation management systems in deregulated markets throughout North America and EPAC.
Khai Le, Sr. Vice President, PCI Energy Solutions: Over the past 50 years, Khai Le has conducted over 900 workshops on market-based operations, bidding strategies, portfolio optimization, and shadow settlement for utilities and ISOs worldwide. He is currently working with market participants in MISO, CAISO, SPP, PJM, ISO-NE, NYISO, and ERCOT to deploy the PCI Suite to automate their bid-to-bill, portfolio-optimization, ETRM, and BA-operations workflows. Khai received his BS from Harvey Mudd College and his MS from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a Fellow of the IEEE and a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
Hicham Mansouri oversees PCI’s U.S. RTO Markets teams and brings extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software solutions for utilities and market participants. Since joining PCI in 2008, he has led key initiatives across analytics and Western Interconnect product delivery, contributing to core components of the PCI Enterprise Platform and its reporting capabilities. Hicham holds a Ph.D. in operations research from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Oklahoma City University, along with master’s and bachelor’s degrees in computer engineering from the Mohammadia School of Engineering in Rabat, Morocco.
