ERCOT’s Real-Time Co-Optimization and Battery Storage (RTC+B) initiative is introducing major changes across bid-to-bill operations, including new charge codes, front-office workflows, and downstream systems. With implementation deadlines fast approaching, market participants must assess how prepared they are to operate under the new framework.
This webinar, co-hosted by PCI and EPAM, provides a clear overview of RTC+B, followed by a deep dive into front- and back-office impacts. We’ll explore commercial implications, market timing, and the evolving operational landscape, especially for those managing assets offering ancillary services or settling battery storage.
This session is focused solely on ISO market transactional systems (bid-to-bill) and does not cover telemetry or environment testing requirements.

- What RTC+B is and when key changes will go into effect
- Commercial and operational impacts of RTC+B, including changes to COP and AS offer structures
- The implications of the ESR single model on market workflows
- Changes to settlement codes and downstream ETRM systems +
- How RTC+B fits into the broader ERCOT market evolution

- Market operations and settlements teams working in ERCOT
- Asset owners and operators managing generation, battery, or ancillary service offerings
- Regulatory and compliance professionals preparing for market rule changes
- System and application owners responsible for bid-to-bill, ETRM, or invoice workflows
