Khai Le: Khai Le is a globally recognized expert in market-based operations, portfolio optimization, and energy accounting. Over the past 46 years, he has collaborated with major utilities worldwide to implement software tools for portfolio optimization, ETRM, and transmission scheduling. Khai has authored over 125 technical papers, including 24 published in IEEE Transactions and IEEE CAP Magazine, with five receiving prestigious awards. His work bridges the gap between theoretical models and practical utility operations, providing innovative solutions to real-world challenges.Â
Justin Shearer: After joining PCI in 2013, Justin initially focused on settlements calculations in the SPPIM market before becoming the SPPIM product owner. He later led PCI’s entry into the CAISO EIM market, supporting deployments for major utilities like Nevada Energy and others across the rapidly expanding EIM footprint. Today, Justin oversees all phases of the customer experience, from pre-sales engineering to solution deployment and ongoing success through PCI’s Customer Success Manager program. Prior to PCI, Justin held lead roles in quality assurance and financial services.Â
