Note, the chatbot does not contain all market documentation, only the most commonly queried documentation. When documentation is updated by a market there may be a lag of up to one week in reflecting those changes within the chatbot.

Where the chatbot’s answer is drawn from its core ChatGPT training and not specific market manuals its information may be out of date.

How reliable are its answers?

As with any AI technology, it is possible for the chatbot to generate incorrect responses. We recommend users verify information through direct sources before making business decisions based on the responses given by this chatbot. With thorough testing, PCI has determined that this chatbot provides more reliable answers than ChatGPT alone for questions that require knowledge of ISO/RTO market documentation.
